Sound Massage During a sound massage session, Tibetan and Indian therapy bowls are placed onto and alongside the dressed body and tapped gently with a felt mallet. One session consists of a preliminary interview, the actual sound massage and a subsequent rest period.
Accompanied by the sounds of the therapeutic bowls, I am recounting stories spurring the imagination and inducing recreation. Physical- and breathing exercises, meditations, sound- and phantasy journeys are opening up internal free spaces and revealing sources of power.
